The prices are complete with:
- Bed clothes
- Towels( 2 changes weekly)
- Water, electricity, heating
- TV Sat in each room
- Free wifi
- Swimming pool and sunbeds
- Parking
- Mid-term cleaning for stays lasting more than a week
- Final cleaning
On request daily cleaning € 8,00 per room.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30.
Arrival from h 14:00; depart within h 10:00.
Closed from 18 October 2021 at 1 April 2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation will be only valid on receipt of a deposit of 40 % of the price (without charge for us) of your stay. The rest will be paid on your arrival.
In case of cancellation shall lapse:
- From 45 until 30 days from the arrivale date 20%;
- From 29 days until 1 day from the arrivale date 40%;
- After your arrival shell charge the whole price.
