The guests of Farm Holiday Apparita can enjoy dishes inspired by Tuscany tradition. The menu is always fixed and varies each evening. It is composed of first course (pasta, soup, risotto), main course with vegetables and dessert.

In our cooking we respect the seasonality of the products and try to make maximum use of what we our territory generously offers (cheeses and sausages, bread Montegemoli, pomarancino lamb, farro, beans ...). The protagonist ingredient is our organic extra virgin olive oil. Vegetables and herbs, especially in summer time, come from our organic vegetable garden.
